At the peak of our involvement with AIT we were spending over 1000/month with a Server 3+ Account. We were looking into upgrading this account to handle more clients but things went from bad to worse.

Tech Support: Absolutely morons. As a Premium Reseller our clinets were givin a premium dns...which AIT pulled w/o warning taking all our sites down. It took us three weeks to repair that damage. No apologies were issued and certainly no refunds for lost service. That was the worst. We have a log of tech support nightmares here that is close to book size.

Billing: AIT systematically stole money from us for months. Over charges, charges for services we never agreed to. They would offer you a free folder on their secure sever so you could resell domain names for them only to AIT free means 225.00 setup and $XX/month. I finally had to hire a temp to unravel the bookeeping nightmare. We eventually got all our money back but I had to pay 3 month wages to our new AIT bookeeper.

Domain Names: Most recently I received an email from AIT informming me that Register.com was trying to transfer a domain. As instruced by AIT's email we declined the transfer. AIT approved it and the domain is gone to Register.com. Do you think I'll ever see that one again. Do you think AIT will refund my clients money who did not want it transfered?
