To be honest with you all, AIT's billing department is extremely fast when it comes to taking and processing your payments. AIT's tech support is EXTREMELY poor, they slack off and don't know what they are doing. It takes them an average of 12 hours to respond to the most simplest questions. Setup takes one DAY instead of one HOUR as promised. Due to all these, I decided to cancel my account but they wouldn't let you, they keep charging my credit card so that I had to change my credit card number. Their Quality Assurance mananger is a big liar too. In conclusion, I have only one word to describe AIT: "SUCK". That is AIT sucks.
