The worst service possible. Highly underqualified individuals. Complete ineptitude in every possible way. Despite a good price for hosting, our very large and very high profile web site didn't last 4 months with AT&T. In fact, we are STILL betting billed for services despite moving the site to a different company 6 months ago. Our site was irresponsibly taken offline for three days despite our warning AT&T several times before it happened. Once it did happen, no one was available on the weekend -- our busiest time of the week -- to restore the site online. Only one of many horror stories. My guess is that they tried to run a low-budge operation by paying low wages (based on the clueless tech support personnel) and having low-quality facilities. SOP for a big telecom these days, of course. "You pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Well, it cost them this customer. Never again, not even for free.

Well organized administration. Very responsive and accessible help desk. Great email handling. All in all, an excellent service. Unfortunately, it's been sold to Interland, and from what I've seen thus far, we'll be looking for a new hosting service.
