We have a site with FP2002 extensions that functioned without a single problem with Earthlink for a year. We switched to Activehost and they clearly do not know how to support this environment. Our site has been corrupted several times and they have no idea how to fix it and even admit this in writing. They started out being really nice and supportive but I suspect they have lost some staff because no one we talk to has any idea how to support us. They couldn't even get a simple e-mail list server correct. We have lost countless $$$ in lost sales due to these guys and they are not making amends. We have to get ourselves restored before we can switch but that is clearly our only option.
