These Guys and Gals are on top of there game. any time I have ever had a problem with my site there has always been someone there who resolved my issues very quickly. You can always reach a support technician on the phone without having to wait on hold for 30 minutes. They usually pick up within the first 3 rings.

It goes down at least once a week. Usually they bring it up in couple minutes after my call, but sometimes they need more time to fix it.

We have a site with FP2002 extensions that functioned without a single problem with Earthlink for a year. We switched to Activehost and they clearly do not know how to support this environment. Our site has been corrupted several times and they have no idea how to fix it and even admit this in writing. They started out being really nice and supportive but I suspect they have lost some staff because no one we talk to has any idea how to support us. They couldn't even get a simple e-mail list server correct. We have lost countless $$$ in lost sales due to these guys and they are not making amends. We have to get ourselves restored before we can switch but that is clearly our only option.

These guys have always been there with quick and accurate answers/responses to any inquiries. They've resolved problems quickly and thoroughly - they really go the extra mile with their support and have very good technical understanding. I'm looking forward to their implementation of a user control panel, and then they'll likely have the full package for NT/2000 hosting needs. Overall, an excellent choice.
