They advertise that they have 24/7 support, but I can't get a response from them.

Its pretty impressive that all this is offered at such a low price. If you have more money dedicated to your website, there are much better solutions.

First of all it took three days to my account to be created. I understood that April Host made some mistake and they gave their apologies so I forgave them.
After the account was working I noticed that my pop account isn't working. April Host promises 15 pop accounts if you get April25 package. My Eudora email program gave only errors when I tried to get my emails from my pop accounts.
So I contacted the April Host Support. April Host promises fast support, it says on their site that they have 24/7 support. Well.. they contacted me once through they help desk and the advice they gave didn't help me at all. After that I contacted them again. They didn't reply anymore even though I sent three emails and left message to their help desk.
I waited two weeks for reply and after that I asked them to give my money back. After three days sending my first "give my money back"-message they contacted my and refunded the money. After eight days I got the money back from the www.clickbank.com.
Since then I have used www.icdsoft.com which is little bit more expensive ($60 + taxes $13,20) but IDCSoft has been great what so ever. Pop accounts of ICDSoft worked right away.

Till date, they have been providing us with the top notch support ever including a superb control panel. And who can forget the mind blowing support provided by Zaheer Abbas.
