I signed-up for their service back in January of 2003 and have had problems every since. First, there is no published tech support number to call, and when you send an email, they never respond. I finally found that the sales person is in Tennessee and the servers in Huston. If they don’t provide more reliable service and better tech support, I wouldn’t recommend this hosting company to anyone. Also, I know several people that have already dropped their service with them, and I am about to do the same.
