I have had MySql problems for over 1 year. They just point me to the MySql website instead of answering my questions. Very little customer support.

Under there value packages, they do not support FP 2002, only 2000. Despite all their package pages indicating they FULLy support Frontpage.
Nowhere on the their value site offerings does it say only FrontPage 2000. When I presented this to them they said, upgrade for more costs or transfer your domain to another hosting organization.

Been with Bluehill for almost two years. They recently merged with another company (or some major internal change) and now they are not quite as supportive and they nitpik over prorated fees, which they never did before. But all in all we have been very satisfied.
