I agree with the others that the service was great up until the datacenter changeover. Since then support has been slow and emails from the company have been uniformly unprofessional; they complain about their old data center and ask everyone not to change hosts on them. Further, while my site is still up, today is the second morning this week that I have been unable to access my email account. Outlook can't download it and the webmail url provided to me can't connect. Earlier this week it was only down for about an hour, but today it has been down for at least three. Mail to support@cedant.com bounces back and I have yet to receive a response to my report sent on their automated website form. Unless they can guarantee that these mail-server problems are going to stop, I'm going to have to get another host.
