They have been consistently great until the beginning of June for my business sites - now we have lost emails, denials of some problems and support staff who keep asking the same questions repeatedly (when the problem has been repeatedly explained). Since June 1, the only thing they have been prompt with, was debiting my credit card for 2 x hosting for a year. Am urgently looking for another host as 6+ weeks of major problems has exceeded my patience
