The company seems to have gone through some large trouble a while back, but I have never had a problem with them.
PROS: Inexpensive (for JSP/ASP and other advanced features), excellent site speed, easy to use control panels, good tech support (see cons, below) and customer service (pleasant, answer the phone).
CONS: tech support only available through email or voicemail. Never have been able to reach an actual human on the first try. However, they do respond quickly and are knowledgeable.
