My adventures with Cedant started when they forgot to set up my domain by their usual deadline. The latest and greatest is that their STMP server got fouled up yesterday. No mention of this was on the support site. This morning, however, there's a support updated backdated to yesterday afternoon (when no such message was there) claiming the problem was fixed by 5 p.m. yesterday. It wasn't. The voicemail status update says all systems are normal. They aren't. I can accept that systems sometimes get screwed up, but I choke on being lied to about how and when repairs will take place. This is the most contemptuous approach to customer service that I've seen in a long time.
