I am a new customer, and my site has been down 60 hours since their "upgrades" or a.k.a. their merger with APlus.net. There was no warning...my site just went down, and nobody is answering the phone. My emails are answered with a form letter...so there is virtually no customer service right now. I don't understand because I thought Cedant was supposed to be so great (which is why I chose them). I also found out that there is a class action suit against them...which is why they had to move accounts to new servers so quickly. Don't sign up with Cedant. They're in transition, and you don't need the headache.
