we've been hosting with dinsol for nearly one year and haven't had any problems at all. the email and lists are always working. i haven't noticed any downtime. for what you pay, you COULDN'T possibly do any better :-)

I found that Dinsol is very good in providing hosting services & technical support to customers. I have a very nice experience with Dinsol since last 1.5 years. The account features are full of goodies. Sometime they take 12hours in responding the support ticket but this happen with me 2 times when the issue may be time consuming, otherwise, hosting with Dinsol is good.

Dinsol is a good cheap host. Setup is quick and easy. I have had problems however with the setup of some accounts though. They sometimes have times where they don't accept any new accounts but do not stop new accounts from being ordered (and paid for). Make sure you check VERY carefully that there are no messages saying they are temporarily not accepting new accounts. They have also played some strange tricks like moving sites to new servers, but not informing customers accept to provide the new nameserver addresses. They are also upgrading the "plesk" control panel at the moment and new emails/subdomains etc have been inaccessable for over a week.
You get what you pay for and you don't pay much here. Most of the time they are a reliable easy host.

Thanks for your comments on our Services. Let me comments on your reviews, one by one: 1. (R)Dinsol is a good cheap host. Setup is quick and easy. (C) Yes, we offer very reasonable low cost hosting packages with fast setup. 2. (R) I have had problems however with the setup of some accounts though. (C) You should contact the Support team for such problems, even I always open to listen from our Customers. I think our Team must resolve your problems within time frame. 3. (R)They sometimes have times where they don't accept any new accounts but do not stop new accounts from being ordered (and paid for). (C) Since last 1 years, we have to stop the Sales for 2 times only, when we were in the process of upgrading our Servers. We have now built a new Ordering/Billing software, which stop the Ordering, in case, we are not accepting new Orders. 4. (R) They have also played some strange tricks like moving sites to new servers, but not informing customers accept to provide the new nameserver addresses. They are also upgrading the "plesk" control panel at the moment and new emails/subdomains etc have been inaccessable for over a week. (C) That was not the tricks, we are committed to give our customers latest & secured technology for hosting their websites, for that sake, we have to change the Datacenter and in that time we did our best to inform our customers with each and every move of our activities through Newsletter, News updates & on website/helpdesk. As said earlier, we upgraded Plesk to latest version, to give our customers new & upgraded features comes with Plesk5.0. 5. (R)You get what you pay for and you don't pay much here.
