NT Support is basically a "hot potatoe" game to get you off their line.
All their applications have serious flaws, they avoid any responsibility and management is horrible with people skills.

After going to a ton of trouble, moving all of my resold accounts to their service, their customer support and willingness to help took a nose-dive. They changed passwords and usernames (yes USERNAMES!) without telling me, and then denied it for the longest time. Eventually got them to admit that they changed the usernames, they decided the names were needed for their own use, they totally screwed up a ton of my work and made me look very stupid in the eyes of my customers. VERY armaturish behavior. I have a lot of this documented and recorded, if anyone is interested. Also, names and numbers of support personnel and managers who were OK with this behavior.

I've been with iMedOptions now for just over a month, responsible for all of our technology. iMedOptions has been with DataPipe since October.
So far my experience has been pretty marginal.
1. DataPipe has been completely unhelpful with SQL Server CALS and SSL certificates, unable to answer my questions.
2. We have had a really hard time with one of our servers, traced back to a hardware failure by my own system administrator.
3. This morning we were down for 2 hours AFTER we reported that our servers were inaccessible.
4. Their email hosting is lousy. 10M max and no virus checking.

I have had a dedicated Linux server for over a year with DataPipe and I could not possibly be happier. No downtime apart from an hour or so once for an upgrade to the Ensim software (done free of charge incidently), fast friendly and really on the button tech support.
I had, and still have, sites with several other providors but have never had support as good or servers as reliable.
No, they are not the cheapest, but what are you looking for? Cheap or good value? If it is good value then I reckon DataPipe are right up there at the top of the heap.

Having done the usual merry-go-round of web hosting on a budget, I eventually bit the bullet and went with Datapipe to host my web site. Best move I've ever made. The site has been up almost 100% of the last 18 months, and most of the downtime has been due to stupid programming things I've done, not problems at DataPipe's end. Tech support have been fabulous, with pretty much every support issue resolved within 4 hours, and most of those resolved within an amazing 1 hour (I do all my tech support via email). Datapipe aren't cheap, especially when you start to bolt on extras, but the peace of mind of knowing that the site's hosting is spot-on is worth the extra dollars.

This company is nothing but a rip off. The worst one I could ever find! They just terminated my dedicated account with them, because "I called too many times their technical Support line!!!!!!!!!!". There should be some kind of punishment for those guys. This kind od behavior is not only unprofessional, but also should be against the law. PLEASE DO NOT HOST WITH THEM. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. I hope you won't have to.
