Very simple setup procedures, and adding e-mail address at any time is just as easy.
So far i'm very impressed for the speed/user friendly ability of their services. Had not needed to call tech support at all so i can not rate that

I have had good luck with this provider so far. I had some problems with e-mail domains getting "undeliverables" to valid e-mail addresses, but they have been cleared up. I also had some speed issues, but they moved my website to a different (newer) server, and that cleared up too. The support was quick and I was taken care of.
