Prices are okay, technical support is good, you can get through and talk to someone 24/7. But it's what happens after you report a problem. And the answer is practically nothing. My Miva has been down for almost a week, I have to call twice a day only to be told that someone is working on the problem. Oh really you mean for the last 6 days someone has been working on my problem 8 hours a day? The system admins are horrible and have no clue what they are doing, worse yet it takes an average of a week to have the problem fixed. I was down for the most important shopping week of the Year in December. Outage for close to a week. Now 4 weeks later I am down again for another week. Only to be told that "someone is working on the problem". If it takes you one week to fix a permission problem on the server you do not deserve to stay in business. Just horrible service. If you experience any type of problem expect about a week for someone to get around to fixing your problem. If you put aside the fact that the system admins at Dellhost have no clue what they are doing you have a okay service worth looking into.
