Never been down to my knowledge, let me know when they do upgrades, kept hosting prices the same, very inexpensive, excellent return time for emails, good customer support.

We have been with dollarhost for over a year now and the site has only been down for a total of 4 hours. E-mail support is excellent and they always inform you in advance of any changes or downtimes.
