I set up my account with Dot5 a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the service and support so far. I had a few questions after I uploaded my site and before switching the DNS. But they were answered very quickly.
I'm not sorry I switched from XO (formerly concentric neworks, formerly 9NetAve).
