*I paid for a year up front(DotFour package, their biggest one), then two months later they sent me a "Final Invoice Reminder" for another year. When I replied that it was a mistake on their end, they responded with this:

____________________ They wanted ME to provide proof to THEM that I paid. I did, and have heard nothing back from them. It's now been two days.
*A while back I was implementing new features on my site, and wanted to see my bandwidth to ensure that I didn't go over. Theres NO WAY to check your bandwidth. Dot5 continually sent me notices saying I was going over, but provided no means for me to figure it out. After deleting almost every media file, I mysteriously continued to accrue GIGS of traffic according to their messages. I kept on telling them I couldn't verify my traffic and they responded with this: ________________ Mark, I am sorry for taking so long to respond since it is the weekend. As for your bandwidth usage, do not be concerned as we will not be charging for it since the bandwidth monitoring is not allowing you to view your usage at this time. We are working on a resolution for this issue and should have something in place within the next week. ______________________
As of today (June 5) there is NO resolution yet.
*Today, they suspended my account. I have no way to access my email or ftp, and visitors to my site see the admin welcome screen. As I type this email, I am calling the number listed on the dot5hosting.com page (713-782-7184) and it has seriously been ringing for about 15 minutes. (it's 4:30 central time). I have all day to let this damn phone ring, and I just might.
I am disgusted with their service, and want to provide anyone considering their service with my experiences.
Pros are *incredible* speed for uploads and downloads and cheap storage.
