My sites are down regularly.  In May, my site was down for over a week, and I didn't even know about it until friends emailed me telling me my site wasn't working. 
Problems can take weeks to resolve, and are no sooner solved, when new issues pop up.  Whenever their servers have problems, my sites get messed up and I have to contact them.... and it usually takes weeks for problems to be resolved. 
They don't seem to know what they're doing (technically) as the sites are often configured wrong.
Also- no point in having 2 DNS, as they're hosted from the same server.  If that server goes down, so does your site.
I get randomly locked out of my FTP space (which has to be reset) and my email is down frequently.  Then they make me delete my email account and create a new one in Outlook.
The prices seem good, but this is hosting at it's worst.  We got EXCELLENT and fast customer service the first month we were with Dot5.  Then, they stopped responding, and their listed AOL IM screen name is never on.  Live chat is NEVER attended by a live person.  Don't bother calling the US phone # either.  It's never answered by a person, and messages left are NEVER resolved... you just have to email and continue to pester them until they acknowledge you.
NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! I would rather pay more for quality hosting.

I LOVE THEIR MOTTO - "WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS, OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL" Darn straight! Someone else will be taking care of us as soon as our year contract runs out!
