I wasn't satisfied with the service because it didn't answer promptly and never answered some of my questions. So I asked to cancel it end of May 2002 giving them all information about my account.
End of June the company was still charging my credit card for a service that I had cancelled a month earlier.
After many emails exchanged with Adam Kling from E-Bizhosting, I couldn't get a refund... Adam Kling said he didn't remember me even though we exchanged quite a few emails concerning this problem...then he said, he didn't have my information to help me get the refund...
I contacted Winter Park's Police Department to let them know about the situation... After I contacted the Police Department where the business is located I sent an email to Adam Kling to tell him about it... he responded to let me know that I was going to be refunded...(he suddenly remembered all my info to cancel my account!!!)
As of today, July 12th, I am waiting for my credit card account to be credited.
