Placed five sites with fatcow and have always gotten excellent service. Email response with 24 hours to queries and always get through to a real person by phone.

Overall, Fatcow is an excellent hosting company. What I dislike is having to pay extra for amenities that hosting companies such as iPowerWeb.com provide such as PHP and MySql databases, basic CGI scripts and search engine submission tools.
I've used FatCow for just about a year now and found them always to be helpful and quick on a response.
If you don't need the extras and you don't have a huge website, you can't go wrong here!

These folks have been so good to me. I have a couple of sites hosted with them and have never had a problem reaching their support people. They are quick to respond to simple requests and let me know when something will take longer than an hour or two.
I know I can find better price out there, but it doesn't seem worth it to me.

I've hosted my website at Fatcow for over a year now and I haven't had any problems. The only issue I have right now is that I've been charged twice for my domain name. They've promised to have my account credited as soon as possible.

They are really great with getting back to you. It's easy to use their control panel and it's the best way to communicate with them

Excellent service, online FAQ and telephone/e-mail support. Questions over setting up mail/newsreader? How come .php isn't working right? How many people have hit Page_X.html between 7pm-8pm? I wish everything in my life worked as well as FatCow.
If you're looking for a one-stop shop, you can do a lot worse than FatCow.
