I've only been using FutureQuest for 3 weeks. At the beginning, the staff seemed friendly and knowledge, offering quick reponses and helpful advice. The host offers 99.5% uptime garauntee. However, less than 3 weeks after I signed up, my site (along with all FutureQuest servers) experienced a severe server outage that lasted several hours. FutureQuest doesn't have a live support phone line to call for assistance, and all their tech support is done via their website and email, all of which was inaccessible due to the server outage, effectively leaving me in the dark for an extended period of time.
Luckily, FutureQuest offers a trial period and offers money-back if you cancel within a certain period of time. If you can afford the downtime, FutureQuest is a good host. For me, uptime is everything and I find instances like this unacceptable with web hosts.
