HORRIBLE. They are down so frequently that Google is unable to cache my updated pages and I get dropped from Google's engine monthly. Will NOT return phone calls and seldom return e-mails. Took too long to set-up my site to process credit card transactions, then DID NOT NOTIFY ME they had completed it. Their Quicksitemaker program does not have enough character space in the pull-down menus and they have yet to fix the problem. This company clearly has more going on than they can handle.
