|During the short period of time I have had an account with Global Internet Solutions (3 months); my web page has been unavailable several times. To make matters worse, I have tried to reach the “24x7" free technical support” and only once out of MANY MANY times have I managed to speak to one of the service agents. The line is continuously busy, or when I do get through after listening to a promotional message, I am disconnected. I certainly do not consider this to be “outstanding services and customer support”. |
While to be fair, I understand that sometimes there might be some amount of server down time, however I am confident that the down time I have seen does not meet the “guarantee network uptime of 99.9%”. In fact, I would venture to say that is it more around 80%.
I am being “served” in a manner that is completely unworthy their advertising and unworthy of their sales program. I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction with both the customer service as well as your technical support.
I as write this letter, I'm researching hosting companies to host my web page.
