I am so mad about the time I've spent trying to get $190 (nearly $400 if you count the unfulfilled/unused service) back these folks have robbed off my credit card. I was never able to set up my account in the first place because of their poor service and customer service. And my vain pursuit of the money they owe me finally led me to the Better Business Bureau, where I discovered there were 71 complaints filed against them. But in the end, the BBB failed to get a response from them and said they were "closing the file." But my unanswered complaint (and others presumably) will become part of the information the BBB reports to the public on the company for the next three years.
