I've been with this company for two years and recommended and referred people to them -- few if any problems masked the behind the scenes infrastructure and staffing issues.
If they think to change their name I suggest Third World Hosting. Their basic services are almost always unreliable.
Their communication about scheduled and unscheduled events is poor, and they seem unable to resolve the chronic and systemic issues to keep basic things like e-mail up and running. The network status may as well be a static web page for all good it does.
When I signed up with them, their advertising stated I would have a Spam Blocking feature. Two years and they are still working on it but have removed it from the control panel and buried it. They offered SMTP server service, but now they do not want people to use it either.
A while back, they allowed hackers to get in and overwrite the index.html pages on several domains and servers. They never communicated anything about it and never restored the pages. It was up to me to discover the problem and fix it myself! The say there was no security threat, but but what confidence should we have in that?
The only way this host deserves the "Rocket" name is if you get too close you will get burned, and if you depend on them they burn out way too fast.
Other hosting companies are better. Sometimes you get what you pay for, other times you can get what you paid for at a third the price. It is not a matter of being cheap, it is just important to monitor a host and switch at the first sign of problems. The only message for hosts that seems to get through is reviews like these and people that will switch at the first sign of bad service.
