When it was time for them to renew my domain name, they charged my credit card and never did it. After 10 days without support, I have renewed my name by myself. They still did not want to refund the money that they have charged. They claim that the registry should not have allowed me to renew my name. Otherwise, when there are no problems, and when you don't need support, it works fine. I came here to look for other hosting options.
