I chose to sign up with this host because they got back to all of my email questions within fifteen minutes to a half an hour. Now that's FAST! The responses also answered all of my questions in detail and were very friendly and polite. My site was set up within about a day and I've not had any down time or problems with it. I highly recommend this host!
