After some bad experiences with other hosts I did a lot of reading to find a host. I eventually selected ICDSoft and was very nervous about what I perceived as a very cheap host.
The setup and migration of my site went perfectly however. I was highly impressed with the fast setup and the excellent support. This was particularly evident when I was having a problem with a CGI script and could not see what the problem was. After requesting ICDSoft's support in debugging the problem I was surprised and extremely pleased when the Support staff member had not only diagnosed my problem but fixed the script.
Service above and beyond the call!
Very pleased with the whole service overall and have recommended them to a number of people.
