I always hosted with the free/ads service. I decided that I needed a more profesional service, and ICD was it. Support, great. The longest time was 4 hours that was when they helped me set up my XMB guestbook. Never had a downtime, and no problems at all. My only cons is that you can't have a chat room script on the server, and I would like more control on the emails, set size limits.. Other then that. I don't think I would need to switch anything for a long time
