Their support has been fantastic. Very very speedy turnarounds, and not just with a boiler plate answer. I've asked very particular questions, (generally about how to configure apache the way I wanted it, and also with questions regarding nested SSIs) and they've come through normally in less than an hour, and often in less than 15 minutes with a proper answer, and the relevant link to the full documentation for me in the future.
Their control panel is far superior to the one at my previous company, and is continually undergoing improvements. (I've asked twice for changes to the file manager and had them implemented overnight)
They seem to have more good stuff on the way too, as they even seem to be preparing to add ssh access to your site.
Very very very happy with their work.
