I have been using this service since the beginning of August. I am not a web designer in the least of ways, but was able to figure out enough to setup, post, and maintain my website with relative ease. I am a network consultant and felt it imperative to have a presence in the community as-well-as my own domain name, particularly for email.
Since going live I have never had the need to contact ICD as I haven't run into any pressing issues or concerns. For me, like others, web hosts should be a silent force to my work and business. If I don't know they are there, all the better as it means I haven't run into any issues of note. I am very please.
My only issue is when I check email. Every time it asks for password even though it is checked. I haven't requested help, as it really doesn't bother me.
I am also impressed with Dimitar's response to a potential client who was quite understandably frustrated with the response she received. Rather than making excuses, he admitted a degree of fault and a remedy. Ethical business practices aren't dead!
