Wow! I didn't know what to expect with my new provider but I didn't expect five star service. This is what I have been getting for the past year with ICD-Soft. The longest I've had to wait when I had questions and imagined problems was 17 minutes. I say imagined because most of the problems I caused myself. They have answered all of my questions very well and timely. I have really had very few service or system issues and no down time. The only issue I may have is that there is sometimes a perceived language barrier and I had to ask the same question in different formats. I would highly recomend this service because you get service.
