Very happy with ICDSoft, they had my website up and running very quickly.  I had a question, they responded within 6 MINUTES, unbelievable customer service.  Great Price, they have PHP/MYSQL CGI Bin, all sorts of things that cost extra with some hosts are included in the incredibly low price.  I registered my domain name with them, it was active in about a day and was much cheaper then other registration sites.
