They are a very cheap service, but they offer a great quality in their products.
The customer support is simply perfect: you write asking any question, about any issue you are having, and usually you don't need to wait more than 20 minutes for a reply!
At some point, I decided to contract their hosting services, but surprisingly I couldn't! They were refusing new customers while they trained new staff. They wanted to offer the best customer service, and since they were growing so fast, to satisfy their _current_ customers, they couldn't accept new ones, until the new members were properly trained and ready to work. I wish more companies took ICDSoft's policies as a way to keep their customers happy.
As for technical issues, I have had few, and were quickly resolved.
