Downtime was horrific, site was down more than it was running. Absolute waste of money. a free 5mb account from geocities would have worked better.

When I first signed up for INI, everything went fine for the first few weeks. Then, 2 to 3 day long complete server outages started happening every week, countless vital emails were lost during those outages. As I speak, their POP3 and MySQL servers are offline for the SIXTH day in a row.
Customer service? Oh, what a joke... while the POP3 server is offline, their support addresses are as well. Well, no worries there right? Just call them... WRONG! The phone number that is listed in the INIhosting.com whois sheet is disconnected and their alledged "new" phone number used on the credit card billing statement is disconnected too! But it gets even better... their main support page is a 404 and has been for months, they have also discontinued their "live" support, not that it ever existed. Even if all services are running smoothly, they will not respond to emails.
On top of all of that, I've encountered numerous billing errors with them and I've finally had enough, I'm moving my site to another host and dropping that credit card so they can't try ripping me off for more money.
The bottom line - If your looking for a host, avoid these jokers at ALL costs! If your already hosted under them, check out LunarPages.com and Dot5Hosting.com for better alternatives... in any event, get out while you still can!

It all started so well, it was an
easy move to the company and they
offered what I needed. But there is
one thing that is so important
for a webhoster, and that is support.
When not long ago my domain went down
without any warning, I try to contact
them for over a WEEK, without
getting any responsce what so ever.
It's sad since they had the possebilty
to be one of the best webhotels
around, but totally mess it up
with total lack of support!

INIHosting either never reply to my questions (I have one outstanding for nearly a year now), or take weeks upon weeks.
As I speak our site is down and has been for a week and a half. I've used their ticket system and online email to report the problem.
Guess what? No reply.
These guys are either dodgy or just can't handle running a business.
My advice is DO NOT subscribe to INIHOSTING.

this company is a one man show run out of his basement, or at least that is how good the service is. Should you ever decide to cancel with him, he will continue to charge your card, and blame it on a lousy billing system...save your money and go elsewhere ...this company SUCKS!
