Intellihosting Web Services - Reviews at Web Hosting Ratings

Our site has been down for three weeks. We have had no response to emails requesting support, and we have not found a telephone number for them so we cannot call them. We have paid for two full years of web hosting. After one year our site has gone, it has dissapeared.

Our site has been down for 2 weeks, and e-mails to every address on there web site--as well as a certified letter--has yielded us NO explanation. We paid for 2 years of service in advance...BIG mistake! I can't find a phone number for this company anywhere, either!

I have had service with intellihosting for two years and it is very good. I am an old lady who doesn't know anything about having web site, and the nice people taught me how to do it.

I've had mixed results with these people. While tech support can be slow at times, once everything is running, it runs well. Their servers are very fast(better than others I've used). They seem very reliable. In six months my Web page has always been up when I checked it excpt once for a couple of hours.

I have been with Intellihosting for 6 months now.
Their 24/7 support is a joke. Repeated emails over
weeks to get an answer. I extended my time with them
and asked to have a new domain name registered as part
of their package. That was 11/27/01,
after repeated emails to them and promises of it being
done, it is now 01/04/02 and the domain is still not
registered. Also found out that my current site was
never registered by them with NSI.
Stay away from these guys. Far away !
