Never accepted any responsibility for down time or lost e mail. Very rarity responded to tech questions. They prefer to blame customer or suggest a completely irrelevant answer.
They dont seem to care about customers.
It's to bad a company that big that can spend all that money on those full page color ads doesn't put more into quality service.
This is a publicly traded company investors!!
