There mail servers fail all the time, the websites go up and down, they migrate to servers, changing your usernames, passwords and dns names without telling you and loose data on the site. When you call tech support you wait on hold 1 hour to hear. Sorry, you're only a shared plan. Shared plans aren't the meat and potatoes. Interland is terrible. BEWARE!!!
