Interland's technical support was godawful and their sales team wasn't much better. This package never worked right -- neither the SQL space I purchased nor the e-mail servers ever got working in the first place -- the technicians were rude, didn't know what they were talking about, and I'm STILL waiting to get my 30-day money-back guarantee, three months after canceling!
