When they were icom.com the site host was great. never a problem in 2.5 years. then they became Interliant, and i've had numerous problems with emails and site disappearing and when I have simple questions, i have to fill out a stupid ticket that never gets a response and can't even manage my own pointers etc. from a control panel that really doesn't work. I'm quite dissapointed with them since spring 2002, and am looking for a new host. One that might answer emails with a REAL PERSON !

These guys weren't too bad. You could actually get through to tech support during certain hours and get the (rare) problem fixed.
They were then bought out by Interland, possibly the worst host on the web. My site went down and simply never came up again. E-mails were responded to with a useless automated response. I got a new host.
