At one time these people had an acceptable service. Last year they "migrated" to new servers, moved from Baltimore to Denver (I'm guessing with a change of management), and caused me a month-long outage. Their service has gone further downhill since. They don't respond to requests for support. They don't answer email. They don't even acknowledge a cancellation request.
They don't seem to have any problem billing your credit card on time, though.
If you deal with these folks, you're pretty much on your own, as far as support.
Their shared-server hosting business has been bought out by bizland, who seem to be planning to carry on the same level of support, judging from the short dealings I had with them.
