We have had our site hosted with JRC for a little over 2 years now, we have never experienced any down time, and support is always friendly and willing to help. They have just upgraded their server, so we hope to be here for many more years.

Dave got me up in running in a matter of an hour or so. I thought it would take a day or two. I was quite surprised when I got an E-mail back saying it was up and running that very same afternoon.

I finally stumbled across JRC Hosting after a series of clueless hosts of my personal (non-commercial) domain. What a breath of fresh air.
Uptime is so close to 100% it doesn't matter. Redundency seems to be very broad and deep. Customer support is fast, friendly, and right on the mark -- first time, every time.
