I have had three domains hosted at Jumpline.com, the longest for about 3 years. They are all being moved to other hosts.
During the recent "upgrade": - websites down for 4 days. - email broken. - annoying changes to login procedures. - breaking of access methods. - email support almost non-existent.
It is fair to say that new customers joining after the upgrade might not experience this trouble but there are so many other hosting companies to choose from.
