After two weeks of getting their email tech support that was useless I finally got through to their phone tech support. What I expected was true: The unannouced upgrade that they did had bad code which screwed up my quota for my two domains which somehow kept me from getting email. These guys need to be sued! To make things worse, they have the balls to send me an invoice. For what? I will be filing a complaint with my visa card company and will fight this invoice. I'm off to find another host. They have no remorse and offer no remuneration. Their tech guy said that they "had" to do the upgrade quickly which caused the problems. Boy, did they screw this one up. Andy
