Wow, so many problems, so many e-mails, so much down time - M6.net was truly the worst hosting provider I have ever experienced.

I opened my account in July, 2002 and every since the beginning have had problems: after creating my account I could not log into my MS SQL database even though I had set it up online. Evidently, a technical support person does this for you - it is not automated. On July 25, 2002, my database was down for an entire day - the unprofessional staff at M6.net didn't even bother to send a curtsey e-mail informing clients the problem and an estimate of when it would be back up. I lost an entire day of traffic because of this (about 2500 unique visitors). Then, on July 27, 2002, ASP was extremely slow - the support staff actually admitted to running their own ASP scripts to check for certain performance characteristics which in return caused the slowing of the site!!! Can you believe that?? They caused my anger and my site to run extremely slow! Between that day and the middle of August, 2002 my site was down periodically on and off (for about 1/2 - 1 hour every other day).

On August 20 the entire server on which my site was hosted went down completely! They responded by saying the problem was most likely a reboot - can you believe this - they actually restarted the server without notifying any paying clients! Thieves! Criminals they are! Then, on August 29, again - MS SQL Server database was doewn. Then, on September 6 my stats were not working - they claimed it was due to high CPU utilization caused by site - even though my sites traffic had not increased to exagerated levels - my stats did NOT work again untill weeks later.

And on and on I could go on! I defenitely DO NOT recommend m6.net if you want a production site up and running - I will create a webiste dedicated and promoted to teach the truth to Internet users about M6.net!

I am now singed up with Superb.net - much better!
