Very reliable email service and website up time. Always got a response from email asking for assistance, but it could somtimes take a while for the reply. I had my site with them over a year ago so things could be different now.
After using a different host I am planing to go back to Netherweb as I need reliability and expandability. Netherweb offer everything, including co-location.
They cost a bit more than other sites but then you get what you pay for.
If the extra few dollars are not a problem then look no further.
