First they doubled my plan fee without telling me.
Then they told me my domain name registration fee wasn't included in the fee I paid them, which is not what I was told when I signed up.
Now (June 2002) they are rehosting everything and my email account is down, I'm losing emails because they didn't update my DNS servers. I filed an emergency tech support ticket and they haven't responded. I've been waiting 5 hours for a response. They don't have 24 hour phone support, it's all by email.
Angry, angry, ANGRY!
